Cantina di David, Utrecht - Netherlands #marcobeol Cantina di David, Utrecht - Netherlands #marcobeolchi

An Italian Fine Dining restaurant in the historic heart of Utrecht City, located in a magical 13th century wharf cellar along the famous Oudegracht Canal. The special character of the cellar made it possible to create a unique design, in which the concept of "Italian fine dining" is expressed in each detail. The experience of the space and the design is a combination of timeless elegance with luxurious and modern materials, warm in color.
Cantina di David is one of Utrecht's largest restaurants serving up to 180 guests with a la carte menu, the restaurant is set up in three cellars with each having its own identity.
The materialization of the interior décor and furnishing has played an important role in the design. Each element and detail has been carefully handpicked and furnishing was custom made to match the fine dining experience with the historical aspects of the cellars. The furniture is of a soft velvet complementing the white linen table setup. And brass copper wall cladding plays with the texture of the hard brickwork cellar.

Where contemporary lifestyle meets 4000 years of history.
The signature restaurant, Don Camillo, was born from a collaboration between Chef Roi Antebi and Major Food Group. Together, they combine local flavors with traditional Italian dishes for an immersive dining experience in a historic restored space.
For a more casual meal in Jaffa, stop by Golda's Delicatessen and savor New York deli classics like bagels and lox, egg salad sandwiches and cheeseburgers, all served from an open kitchen.
For gourmet coffee and a game of backgammon stop at Sheshbesh Bar.

By creating a glorious space and producing the best coffee with the utmost care, what has become an important part of many people's lives has been elevated and honored as a shared experience. The antithesis to the industrial style of coffee culture. Instead of live wood, concrete and steel, a luxurious, elegant and highly aesthetic café was imagined which, through its design, would elevate the daily coffee ritual.
Reference has been made to classical architecture and sacred geometry used in cathedrals as a way to define space and create a central focal point. There is also a clear reference to the old European coffee culture in Vienna and Milan, as well as the secessionist movement to inspire the brand identity and custom motifs for wallpapers and wall coverings.

Caffè Doria, Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, Rome - Italy Caffè Doria, Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, Rome - Italy #marcobeolchi

An elegant cafeteria and bistro available to visitors to the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj, with access also from “via della Gatta”, obtained from the ancient noble stables of the palace: a timeless beauty.
Inside the rooms, you can admire the fantastic works granted by "le mostre impossibili" (the impossible exhibitions): some of the greatest works of the great Italian painters of the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries are hosted in rotation, from Leonardo da Vinci to Raffaello Sanzio, from Botticelli to Caravaggio, from Piero della Francesca to Tiziano, from Antonello da Messina to Giorgione, and many others.
The beauty of things loves to hide and then surprise us.

Gastro lounge serving fun southeast Asian cuisine by celebrity chef Sam Leong, paired with exclusive craft beers by Belgian brewery Cornelissen, located on 3rd floor of Avani Riverside Bangkok Resort.
The design brief was to introduce innovation and eco-awareness, giving the new brand a local context according to an international design standard. The initial concept centered on the adventures of three sisters, May, Zaza and Fei, who were born in Sichuan decades earlier. As the story was explored more deeply, a design narrative was formed, connecting the past and the present ina complex web of statuary and flowing rattan structures, as intoxicating as the characters themselves.
While the shape itself is visually majestic, the gold-painted rattan also serves to conceal beer pipes, air conditioning and other related amenities, paying homage to the belief that "form and function should be one, united in one spiritual union".

Kebun Bistro, Ubud, Bali - Indonesia #marcobeolchi Kebun Bistro, Ubud, Bali - Indonesia #marcobeolchi

Kebun, a charming Provencal-style bistro in downtown Ubud, offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a delightful atmosphere.
Indonesia’s fragile environment deserves our protection: all the wood used in decor and furnishing is recycled. The pizza and cheese boards are made from recycled teak from Kalimantan. All the wood trim is from Java as is the authentic 1940s furniture. The cast-iron Singer sewing machine table bases topped with marble are at least 50 years old and the old porcelain door knobs were sourced from a flea market in Paris. The feature wall is constructed from local river rock. The outside floors are limestone slag and the interior floors are terracotta tile, a traditional craft on the island.

Once inside the welcoming front door, notice the hand-hammered copper pots and ceramics, all made in Indonesia by traditional craftsmen with passionate attention to detail. The large open kitchen is ventilated with hand-made copper flues.
Food delivery is packed in recycled paper and local organic produce is used whenever available.
Food waste from the kitchen is composted except for the bones, which are distributed to the delighted dogs along the street.
Raimunda, Madrid - Spain #marcobeolchi The decor Raimunda, Madrid - Spain #marcobeolchi

The decoration has been based on the legend of the daughter of the Marquises of Linares, whose ghost would remain enclosed within the walls of the palace. For this reason the premises were stripped, exposing bricks and concrete, as if trying to escape. To link the building to its stage as Casa de América, Raimunda is reincarnated as a mestizo woman who presides over the room and surrounds herself with elements such as ethnic fabrics, rattan and vegetation. In the club area, a more sophisticated style of interior design has been adopted, while the terrace is inspired by the great explorers, with impressive spherical balls of light.

The Mayfair Supper Club, Las Vegas - USA #marcobeo The Mayfair Supper Club, Las Vegas - USA #marcobeolchi

Inspired by the grandiose homes and gardens in Bellagio, Italy and the whirlwind glamour and excitement of Las Vegas, The Mayfair Club is a fine-dining restaurant at Bellagio Hotel.
Reinventing the traditional concept of dinner and dancing, The Mayfair Club is located on the ground floor of The Bellagio with unbeatable views across to the iconic fountain display.
Arriving at the bar lounge, guests are transported to a world inspired by mythology and tales of the sea. A richly patterned carpet meanders through the restaurant floor with sea-inspired motifs dotted throughout, including coral-inspired wall lights and a Murano glass bar canopy. A mixture of sofa and armchair seating create cosy nooks for intimate gatherings whilst large banquettes provide the perfect situation for parties. A statement bar with glass mosaic front and Murano glass canopy compliments the colour scheme of greens and pinks.
In the dining area scalloped edged banquettes in sumptuous red velvet are paired with contrasting green dining chairs, whilst timber tables exude glamour and sophistication. Over-sized glass chandeliers hang overhead, bathing diners in a warm, comfortable light. Diners are able to enjoy live entertainment thanks to a dedicated stage area and a statement bar with eglomise detailing and hammered brass front ensure guests are catered for all night.

It’s the story of a XXI Century Marie Antoniette who drags us into an oneiric experience in her “garden of delights”.
The wicker armchairs, meringue-based tables and omnipresent lattice work contribute to the conception of a delight.
A sensorial and ultra-contemporary voyage, a universe of freshness.
A sweet garden that celebrates happiness in the mix of the french groves and gourmandise.
Intimately laced with this notion of pleasure a language has been defined, a new three dimensional identity, which resumes the notion of the garden with a lattice, a pastel colour palette that alludes to macarons, and a checkered floor which evokes a winter garden.

House of Eden, Bangkok - Thailand #marcobeolchi House of Eden, Bangkok - Thailand #marcobeolchi

House of Eden has got to be the prettiest pink cafe in Bangkok. This gorgeous pink wonderland is located inside of Groove at Central World, and features the most luxurious, floor to ceiling pink interior design, and Instagram-worthy food and desserts.
Bubble-shaped windows give a glimpse of girly peach-pink interiors, while pops of rose gold culminate in a thick pole in the center, covered in fake leaves and peaches symbolic of the Tree of Knowledge.
Isn’t nice to be pinky?

A beautiful villa in Morocco happened to be a source of inspiration.
Hand-crafted tiles and glass bricks with warm illumination create the portal of the entrance to the mysterious city; as a reminder of the magnificent cities along the ocean shore, on the "edge of the earth".
The natural, nude colour and terracotta`s material bear the memory of the touch of the master`s hands and dominates the interior, covering floors, walls, and even ceilings.
Chandeliers with plants embody the tradition of terracing greenery, and illumination - the eternal sun.
The walls with large mirrors symbolize the colour of the Atlantic Ocean, which washes the sandy shores. Glass bricks were created especially for this project and integrated into real brickwork. Amber light pouring through them reminds the sun`s rays.
The combination of terracotta with many shades of Azur blue and deep blue, some brass as a symbol of gold, are the main range of the interior.
