The interior of the ‘Polet’ restaurant reminds the scenery for a sci-fi movie. The sleek steel shapes and portholes at the entrance make the room look like the cabin of a space shuttle. One of the main principles in the interior of ‘Polyot’ is minimalism. There is a lack of decor to which the audience in Moscow restaurants is so used, no patterns and ornaments on the walls and in design elements. Instead there are large shining objects. Huge silver Martian goddesses like figures are installed on symmetric columns at the entrance. They can be easily placed in the decorations of the Hollywood movie about new civilizations.
High ceilings, lots of air, shiny surfaces, silver curtains, glass and monumental objects like spectacular concrete panel illustrating the takeoff of the aircraft (there was an airfield once on the Khodynka Field), are balanced with the wild greenery that covers the walls of some of the halls, delicate shade of furniture and Sailormoon chairs. The game of colors occurs due to the use of various surfaces – matte or reflective.
The space turned out to be significant, stylish and with a bit of irony. The interior does not press with its seriousness, but on the contrary inspires and gives wings.

Petit Victor Hugo, Paris – France

Institution of the west of Paris, Petit Victor Hugo is the seafood brasserie, with a marine menu designed by chef Sandrine Esteves, that wakes up the 16th arrondissement with freshness.
Closed since the summer 2019, the PVH – for friends – reopened in early October 2021 with a new décor with seventies inspirations, patio, terrace and monumental cocktail bar.
Radiant with colors and patterns, the two-level restaurant seems like out of a movie.
Petit Victor Hugo is an institution: the kind of brasserie that makes Paris famous worldwide.

Fireside, Hong Kong – China

Fireside is a dance between man and fire, and presents the naked complexity of each and every ingredient, demonstrating how every element – from season, soil, to age, feed, and climate – manipulates the ever-changing and dynamic flavour profile of an ingredient.
The kitchen, the first of its kind in Hong Kong, forgoes modern cooking utilities, and only makes use of an open-fire grill fuelled by select varieties of wood and binchotan, to allow Chef Miguel Gallo’s culinary team to execute a bare and raw style of cooking. The preparation methods reflect those before traditions and techniques forged cuisines and allow culinary expression to freely roam.
Resembling a sophisticated smokehouse, Fireside introduces a revitalizing open kitchen concept, featuring the signature Mibrasa Parilla and tailor-made brick oven. Sit adjacent to the warm, flaming embers and enjoy a raw culinary experience echoing an elevated backyard barbecue, or enjoy an intimate meal in our exclusive private dining room, designed for parties of eight.
Alternatively, enjoy a breezier al-fresco dining experience on the balcony with aerial views of the city below.

Torno Subito, Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Chef Massimo Bottura is the owner of three Michelin Starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Torno Subito is his answer for where to get a playfully audacious Italian meal on the beach. The genius behind the “Best Restaurant in the World 2016 & 2018”, Massimo Bottura brings to life his first restaurant outside of Italy.
The kitchen is led by Chef Bernardo Paladini, the hand-picked protégé of Chef Massimo. After spending 7 years in Modena at Osteria Francescana and Franceschetta 58, Chef Bernardo brings a clear thread, through his own culinary talents, to Torno Subito Dubai.

14th LANE, Bucharest – Romania

The first electric tram in Bucharest was no.14, it went from „Uzina Electrică”. 125 years after, across the former power plant a new building is rising and the restaurant at the ground floor receives the name of the first tram lane. The project was approached as a food-court. Being large enough, several corners with specialized kitchens were created, offering a wider range of experiences based on the combination of design and cooking.
It’s working as an alveolar mechanism, the zones are opened depending on the hours.
From the story of “tram 14” not only the name was kept. Among design elements a tram rail was inserted into the industrial floor and technical drawings of a locomotive are engraved in the plywood walls.
Materials, textures, lights have been chosen to provide contrasting visual and tactile experiences. Behind the industrial metal doors are exposed warm-light lamps, terrazzo tops are placed over wooden planks, under the metal counter, the bar is clad in the leather.

Fra Diavolo, Elnòs Shopping, Brescia – Italy

Born in 2013 in Liguria and taken over in 2018 by Mauro D’Errico and Gianluca Lotta, in less than 3 years the Fra Diavolo brand has managed to achieve an important milestone by entering the prestigious “50 Top Pizza” ranking and positioning itself among the best 20 artisanal pizzeria chains worldwide.
Strengthened by this recognition and aware of the quality of their product, the brand’s founders have planned to open 16 new shops throughout Italy by 2022, in addition to the 8 existing ones, thanks to the entry of the Ferrieri family’s GESA group and the MIR fund. Among the first 8 openings is the recent inauguration of the Brescia shop inside the iconic Elnòs Shopping centre.
The fusion between the vintage style and the recycled materials proposed by the locations, finally, give life to a unique furnishing, which reinforces even more the unique experience of Fra Diavolo.
