Superchulo, Madrid – Spain

Superchulo is a place where everyone feels at home.
Superchulo never stops creating new ways to revolutionise the gastro universe through its concept of health and optimism, which it applies both at the table and in life.
The aim is to create a new concept of tradition where the essence of traditional gastronomy is recovered, but in a healthy and sustainable way, thinking about our wellbeing and that of the planet.
A positive revolution where we evolve towards food based on natural ingredients and preparations, thus meeting a social need that cries out for the care of our environment.
The concept and design, built with great care, is inspired by many places, always giving that rogue touch that the emblematic neighbourhood of Malasaña has. Every detail, no matter how small, has a reason, a story and a value that give meaning to our way of life. All of this makes up a perfect gear that creates an atmosphere with its own style and a strong personality.

La Dolça of Tickets, Barcelona – Spain

After a dinner full of surprises in Tickets, the guests are invited to “put the icing on the cake” by having dessert in La Dolça. The space aims to embrace the visitor and carry him to the magical universe of children’s stories where sweets have a special importance, like “Alice in Wonderland” or “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. And just as in those fantasy worlds, everyday objects change scale, context and position creating a surprising and fantastic space… and perhaps making us feel like children once again.
From above, the ceiling as protagonist receives the guest with an explosion of color: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and giant flowers envelop the space offering a unique and magical atmosphere. At a more accessible level for the guest, the furniture, specifically designed for La Dolça, also forms part of the stenography. The white paper doilies used for pastries are the leitmotiv for the design of the tables, which at the same time serve as filters through which the spotlights draw a world of lights and shadows on the floor.
While gathering the bustling spirit of Tickets Restaurant, La Dolça offers a sweet, fantastic counterpoint: from the roguish world of the Paral.lel Avenue to which Tickets pays homage to an imaginary world seen through the eyes of a child.

Bombastic, Madrid – Spain

Bombastic lands in Madrid to become the ‘place to be’ par excellence and does so with the help of many famous faces from the worlds of gastronomy, sport and business. Among its partners are the renowned chef Bosquet (Naked & Sated), beloved footballers such as Marcos Llorente, Marco Asensio, Gerard Deulofeu or Ibai Gómez and the best Spanish basketball player in history, Amaya Valdemoro. All of them team up with the restaurant’s chefs: Sergio Monterde (Executive Chef), Raúl Romero, Agustín Murata and David González. A dream team that promises to unleash true madness in the capital.
Located in the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood, Bombastic arrives with a clear objective: to move away from the concept of the typical ‘trendy restaurant’ and become simply a restaurant where you can eat ‘luxury’ food at a reasonable price. For its owners, Bombastic’s culinary offerings are on another level, and the quality of the raw materials in the hands of the best chefs has only one result: BOOOOOM!
Bombastic brings together three concepts in one place: a strong menu depending on what your body wants (sushi, rice, Mexican, vegan, burger, grill…), a simple lifestyle and a “healthy” atmosphere (junkies are not allowed). In fact, this slogan becomes the main attraction of the restaurant because Bombastic has many familiar faces, but you have to leave out what you pretend to be.
